What happens in a discovery call?

A discovery call is 30–45 minutes. We ask about your business, your team, and the specific problems you're facing. You tell us what's broken. We tell you honestly whether ERPNext fixes it — and if it does, what that would look like.

Most discovery calls end in one of three ways: we scope a project together, we recommend you start with a process fix before any software, or we tell you it's not the right moment. All three are good outcomes.

Before You Book

Questions we get asked a lot.

How long does implementation actually take?

Core implementations (one module, one problem) go live in 4–6 weeks. More complex, multi-module projects run 8–16 weeks. We'll give you an honest timeline estimate in the discovery call — and we'll be upfront if we think it'll take longer.

What does it cost?

Typically AUD 5k–40k depending on scope, modules, and integrations required. We give you a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal before any work starts. No open-ended billing. No bill shock.

Do we have to replace our accounting software?

No. ERPNext integrates with Xero, MYOB, Tally, and Zoho Books. We design the integration so your accounting team keeps working in the tool they know — data flows automatically. Your accountant doesn't need to learn ERPNext.

What if ERPNext isn't the right answer?

We'll tell you. Sometimes businesses need a process fix before any software. Sometimes a simpler tool is a better fit. We'd rather be honest and lose the job than implement something that doesn't solve your problem.

How much of our team's time will this take?

More than people expect — and we tell you that upfront. Discovery, process design, testing, and training all require your team's involvement. Implementations that fail are usually the ones where the team was too removed from the process. We build your team's time into the project plan.

Are you actually based in Australia?

Yes — our client-facing team is in Victoria. We operate in AEST. Our delivery team is in Hyderabad, which is how we keep implementation costs affordable without sacrificing quality. Local relationship, lean delivery.
